Conference Music Curation

Meetings, conferences, panels and summits can be very long, draining and some would even say boring. It's difficult to keep attendees engaged, off of their smartphones or laptops and immersed in the live discussion. That's where we come in. 

We provide an exciting service that will highlight your live meeting in front of the people that matter, your audience. 

With over 10 years of production experience combined with expert music curation and DJ services from celebrity to Fortune 500 events, we help engage attendees creating a lasting impression and connection to your brand.

What We Do

• We curate and supervise the entire live music program for your conference. Creating a lively, relevant and customized music selection based off of the event theme and run of show. 

• We work closely with our client/planner and after doing a deep dive into each panel discussion topic our team carefully curates the perfect soundtrack.

• We select and if necessary arrange song components to create the perfect “stinger” track for each individual speaker to walk up to the stage, resulting in a more engaged audience.

• We curate music for arrival and breaks as well as any post meeting event reception. 

• The highlight of our program is providing an on site DJ for live playback (see this in action). Alternatively, all music could be delivered electronically.

We offer full service gear and audio video solutions. Alternatively, we work with the in house or contracted A/V companies in order to ensure our custom music curation sounds just right.
