Always looking to reinvent and create an experiential meeting with multiple brands Belvedere took over the Seaport District's iPic theater. This venue allowed each brand to have individual meeting rooms. We focused on two theaters curating custom introduction music for each speaker as they walked to the podium as well as providing lively music during breakfast, breaks and post event. The highlight of this meeting was the surprise performance. Through our talent booking division we secured Tone Loc to perform his classic "Wild Thing". We staged this performance on three separate occasions throughout the day. This helped energize the audience as well as created excitement from morning to evening. We worked closely with the the in house technical staff in order to provide a sound solution as the theater was not adequately equipped for live music. Our custom curation and live performance theater helped keep people on site all day as guests in other theaters heard about the performance and were excited to enter the “music meeting room".
